A Site Manager is required for a fit out project in Peterborough.The project is set to start immediately, and the successful candidate will be required to oversee the installation of Drylining, fit out and M&E systems on-site.
Start Date : Immediate Duration : until at least March Hours : 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday Salary : £280 per day
Key Responsibilities : Supervise and manage sub-contractors carrying out Drylining and M&E installation work Ensure all site activities are carried out in line with safety standards and site requirements Coordinate with the project team to ensure smooth operations and meet project deadlines Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with building regulations Regular site inspections to assess progress and ensure adherence to schedule Qualifications : SMSTS Certification CSCS Card Valid First Aid Certificate Previous experience as a Site Manager, preferably on Drylining and M&E projects Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors effectively Please apply with your most up-to-date CV, and you will be contacted.
