Involve Recruitment are in search of an experienced Site Manager with a background in water projects. We are seeking a skilled professional to lead a short-term project in South East Wales, starting on 13th January, with a duration of 4-6 weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring the project progresses on time and to specification. Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards. Ensure compliance with water industry regulations and specifications. About You:
Proven experience managing projects within the water sector. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. A proactive problem-solver with a focus on delivering results. CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid certifications. What We Offer:
