Start date: ASAP Industry: Construction professionals Southampton Location: Poole Salary & package dependant on experience: Up to 65,000 + Package The role & about the client: My client is a highly respected refurbishment and cladding specialist, with an outstanding reputation based on the quality of the product they deliver. Due to continued growth and an order book which stretches well past 2026, they are looking to add an experienced Site Manager for a prestigious external cladding project in Dorset. They are looking for an experienced cladding Site Manager required to oversee the strip out and reclad of a 5-story building in Central Poole. The experienced candidate will be up to date on all the latest cladding requirements and have experience overseeing large projects. The role will be in central Poole, and a number of other projects will follow this one. Must have all updated CERTS: NVQ Level 6, SMSTS Black card, Health & Safety, first aid. Key Responsibilities: Maintain a positive relationship with customers & maintain a professional standard service, reporting regularly on build progress. Manage all employees and sub-contract teams, ensuring there is a positive and proactive environment to work in. Manage projects and ensure they are scheduled for completion on time and within budget. Ensure resources and materials are sourced at competitive rates within required timescales. Check and prepare site reports, checking designs and drawings. Manage site Health & Safety, ensuring projects meet all company procedures and legal legislation, undertaking regular safety inspections. Ensure quality control is adhered to and works are completed to the highest possible standard. The ideal candidate: The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Number 1 Site Manager delivering large strip out and recladding projects. Essential Qualifications/Experience Required: Previous experience of delivering Re-cladding. SMSTS. CSCS Card. First Aid at Work. NVQ/Degree Qualified.
