Site manager

This is an opportunity to work for a very well-respected residential developer with solid values and great delivery. This developer has an iconic project in Hampshire and is looking to bring on an experienced internal/fit-out Site Manager to work on this iconic project. This is a major project with several years to run, so we are looking for a Site Manager who is seeking longevity and a long-term local project. The project involves two RC frame, high-rise residential towers, totaling over 200 units. You will be working with the team on the internals and fit-out of the block and its communal areas over the next 26 months. You will be Site Managing the various sub-contractors on site to achieve a high-quality and timely finish to the project. The ideal Site Manager will have RC frame apartments fit-out/finishing experience, demonstrating a good understanding of various facade packages and having worked on similarly sized RC frame mixed-use projects in the past. This Site Manager will be responsible for managing the quality of the finish and keeping the sub-contractors moving. Responsibilities include fit-out, 1st and 2nd fix packages, and managing a number of sub-contractors while reporting to a Project Manager on site.
