Future Build are currently working alongside a top main contractor in the search for a number of openings that have come up due to a substantial contract win. Our client will be delivering a planned maintenance framework over the next 5 years, comprising both Kitchen & Bathroom upgrades and external elements such as roofing and windows replacements.

Responsibilities

Deliver the project from inception to completion, managing subcontractors and a small team of operatives and RLO's. Maintain a solid relationship with the client, chairing progress meetings and ensuring they are aware of any changes. Keep on top of planning and programming, ensuring a minimum of 10 openings per week. Provide weekly progress reports to the visiting Contracts Manager.

About You

Valid qualifications - SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS, Asbestos Awareness. Sound knowledge on Decent Homes projects. Stable career history with recognized contractors.
