The CSR Group has an excellent opportunity with a medium sized private residential developer for a new project in Carryduff. The company is currently recruiting for a Site Manager for a large private timberframe housing project already halfway through its first phase, with about 48 months of work on the project left, handing over approximately 50 units a year.
Ideally, the candidates will have a good house building background and a keen eye for detail.
Packages around £45-55k plus van & fuel.
