Site Manager

to join our Property Flood Resilience Team on a permanent basis, working across the Midlands. Roles and Responsibilities: Manage site level Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) disciplines at all times. Produce safe, efficient sites in line with our triple ISO accreditation. Engage in ECI and innovative ideas. Regularly review project status via project programmes, weekly returns, and monthly reporting. Develop accurate cost forecasts and manage the commercial aspect of the project. Work alongside other departments to ensure site productivity is met. Potential for out-of-hours call-out. The ideal candidate will have the following qualities / skills: Strong leadership with site teams. Ability to work in busy, process-driven environments. Valid CSCS card is advantageous but not mandatory. A full, clean UK Driving Licence is essential. Good Communication and IT skills (MS suite).
