Site Manager required for a re-cladding project in Slough, reporting to a Contract Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the site and managing sub-contractors, with an opportunity for genuine progression. Project:
The project is a £4 million re-cladding of an 8-storey occupied residential block in Slough. Work includes stripping and replacing the Zinc cladding on the 8-storey occupied block. You will be the lead manager on site responsible for all health and safety, site paperwork, and management of sub-contractors. Company Overview:

The successful individual will have previous experience with external packages, ideally cladding, and dealing with high-rise projects and large scaffolding packages on residential schemes. Experience with tenants in situ / occupied refurbishments is essential. PLEASE NOTE:
