South East We are currently working with a prestigious developer who, due to planning, has a number of new sites starting. They have tasked us with finding site managers. You will be working onsite as number 1, reporting into the contracts manager, with assistants working under you, overseeing the subcontractors and ensuring all of the houses are finished to the high standards they are known for. The site is an 18-unit development of high-end houses ranging in size from 2,500 to 4,000 square feet and is programmed to last 18 months, located outside of Basingstoke. Requirements
