Our client is a long established main contractor, operating across a range of projects, including high end residential, commercial, hotels, care homes, student accommodation, retail, and mixed use. They’re currently looking to recruit a Site Manager to join their team on a new build residential project in the Cambridge area. Duties will include: Overseeing all areas of day to day site activity through to completion. Their ideal candidates will possess: A minimum of 10 years industry experience. Medium to large scale residential project experience with main contractors. A trades background - ideally. Relevant industry qualifications.
