Expanding alongside our thriving business, we're on the hunt for an adept
Site Manager
specialising in retail and projects. Initially for a 6 weeks or so on our project in Cambridge but long term for someone happy to travel to other similar projects across the country. As the Site Manager you'll manage subcontractors and direct labour on the project(s) to ensure the programme runs smoothly and build deadlines are hit. Requirements of our Site Managers: Experience in construction management, specifically in retail construction projects and fast track projects. Proven track record of successfully managing the construction of retail stores and / or other commercial retail spaces. Ability to work autonomously as well as within the wider project team(s). SMSTS CSCS First Aid Ideally Trade Qualified / Background Start will be Monday 27th with a requirement to be on site Sunday 26th for soft start.
