JBP Developments Ltd is seeking an experienced and hands-on

Site Manager

to oversee the ongoing fit-out of a four-bedroom house in Chorleywood. This project is at the internal fit-out stage, focusing on underfloor heating, screed, insulation, and partitioning, with M&E and final finishes to follow. We’re looking for someone with a strong track record in managing new build residential projects, who can ensure work is completed on time, to specification, and with the highest attention to detail. This is a hands-on role – you’ll be working on-site alongside trades as well as managing subcontractors and daily operations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met. Manage subcontractors and suppliers, including Better Planet for UFH installation. Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations. Coordinate with project managers, architects, and clients to resolve any site issues. Order materials and manage site logistics. Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks. Maintain accurate site records and daily reporting. Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager on new build residential projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and project management. Hands-on approach, willing to assist with practical site work when necessary. Excellent organisational and leadership skills. Valid SMSTS/SSSTS, First Aid, and CSCS certifications.
