The successful candidate will need to have: At least 5-6 years site management experience managing your own site. Have both new build and refurbishment experience. Experience in quality management making sure high standards are maintained. Detailed understanding of Health & Safety management and compliance. Experience with groundworks, steel frame construction and all external and internal works would be an advantage. Able to communicate effectively with clients, Architects, and other professionals as well as sub-contractors and suppliers. Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Be prepared to travel and stay away from home when required. Qualifications: CSCS card SMSTS certificate First Aid at Work On Offer: Salary up to 65,000 Car Allowance 25 days Holiday Pension Ongoing training and development. Staying away allowance.
