Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site. Maintain accurate records of site activities and progress. Provide leadership and support to the site team. What you'll need to succeed Previous experience in a similar role is essential, with a proven track record in delivering projects. CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certifications. Good verbal and written communication skills, with both customers and all levels of staff. Good computer skills, including the use of MS applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project).
