230 Day Rate A well-established and rapidly expanding principal contractor is currently looking to recruit a temporary to permanent Site Manager to oversee a Retrofit scheme within the Shipley area. This company has gone from strength to strength each year and has an exciting growth plan in place. Due to recently winning new contracts which are due to commence imminently, they are looking to expand their team. You will be working on a Retrofit scheme overseeing windows, doors, kitchens, bathrooms, E.W.I, and insulation projects in tenanted and void properties. Role/Responsibilities Embedding the client's requirements in every aspect of the project, offering the clients added value to give them the assurance that they can trust the Contractor in providing a quality start-to-finish delivery. Assisting the Project Manager with any problems or concerns on site. Regular liaison with the client, discussing progress and acting as the company representative. Senior management meetings on the progression of sites, ensuring directors are aware of each development. Liaising with TLOs for any issues or concerns from tenants. Discussing buildability and design issues. Managing Health & Safety. Programming and planning all works. Devising a build programme. Recruitment of staff, organizing trades and labor. Ensuring KPIs are being achieved.
