An excellent opportunity for a freelance No 1 Site Manager has arisen with our Refurbishment / Roofing Client who delivers outstanding refurbishment schemes with project values from £500k - £2.5million.
Our client is currently looking for a freelance No 1 Site Manager to work on the refurbishment and re-roofing of an academy school in the Saltcoats, KA21 area that will run for around 4 weeks.
The Company is building a strong reputation for delivering high quality and well-designed schemes that achieve high praise from the end users.
Responsibilities:
Liaise with the client and drive subcontractors. Manage contractors on site as the No.1. Handle general day-to-day issues, quality, and programme. Be self-motivated and autonomous in your role.
Minimum Requirements: Experience as an autonomous No.1 Site Manager with project values from £500k to £2.5million across refurbishment, construction, and/or roofing sectors. CSCS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness, SMSTS, Manual Handling, Working at Height & Fire Marshall certifications. Previous experience managing refurbishment schemes is ideal. An ENHANCED DBS is required.
Unfortunately, if you do not have refurbishment or roofing experience as No.1 Site Manager, we will not be able to put you forward for the role due to the client's requirements.
Salary and Benefits: On offer is a day rate of up to £260 dependent upon experience for the successful candidate.
