Freelance Site Manager
Location: Saltcoats KA21 - Refurbishment & Roofing Works
Type: Freelance / Contract
Duration: Approximately 4 Weeks
Salary: £240.00 - £270.00 / day DOE
Start Date: 13th January 2025
An excellent opportunity for a freelance No 1 Site Manager has arisen with our Refurbishment / Roofing Client who deliver outstanding refurbishment schemes with values of projects from £500k - £2.5 million.
Our client is currently looking for a freelance No 1 Site Manager to work on the refurbishment and re-roofing of an academy school in the Saltcoats, KA21 area for around 4 weeks.
The Company is building a strong reputation for delivering high quality and well-designed schemes that achieve high praise from the end users.
Responsibilities:
Liaise with the client and manage subcontractors on site. Handle general day-to-day issues, quality control, and project programming. Report to a visiting Contracts Manager.
Skills / Requirements: Experience as an autonomous No.1 Site Manager with project values from £500k to £2.5 million. Previous refurbishment, construction and/or roofing experience. CSCS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness, SMSTS, Manual Handling, Working at Height & Fire Marshall certifications. An ENHANCED DBS is required for this role.
Unfortunately, if you do not have refurbishment or roofing experience as No.1 Site Manager, we will not be able to put you forward for the role due to the client's requirements.
Salary and Benefits: On offer is a day rate of up to £260 dependent upon experience for the successful candidate.
