Key Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate all site activities, ensuring efficient use of resources. Supervise and manage site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site. Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project specifications are met. Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction processes including listed and historical buildings. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
