MTR Partnership are currently working with a Specialist Contractor who are looking to recruit a Site Manager to deliver civil biased projects into the millions.
They are a growing company who take pride in knowing their corner of the market extensively and providing a niche service to a high quality.
They are looking for an individual with a civils background and who has a proven track record of delivering schemes up to c£2m, operating out of their head office in Barnsley with occasional site visits.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Managing projects and site crews, from ordering plant and materials, to van hire and crew management Delivering profitable projects to a high standard Ensuring Company Safety and Quality Objectives are adhered to at all times Developing an efficient, safe and effective team Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers Maintaining / promoting good work practices Ensuring customers’ requirements are met Ensuring all Equalities and policy to be followed at workplace
