Site Manager Site Manager (South – Multiple Locations)

The Site Manager has full accountability in managing the depot resource to include both drivers and vehicles to ensure that volume is delivered in line with budget. All Health and Safety KPI’s are achieved in line with business policy and procedure and legal compliance is maintained within our Operators License. Locations where we are hiring: Brize Norton & Theale East London West London Reporting to the IT Infrastructure Manager, you will provide tactical support to the business to ensure satisfactory performance of the OPA’s IT Infrastructure, resolving user issues, delivering improvements to the system, and contributing to the review of current systems and new technology/software as the business maintains and improves the IT infrastructure, to ensure it is fit for purpose and robust from cyber threats. The role will require the user to utilise their IT skills across a multi-sited organisation, dealing with up to 180 users at all levels within the organisation, from those with little IT knowledge in our Operations team to Members of the Board. There is a requirement to develop strong relationships with all stakeholders within the Company and maintain exceptionally high standards of probity and confidence. Some travel with overnight stays to our other UK sites may be required; therefore, a full (preferably clean) driving licence is necessary.
