Are you an experienced Site Manager looking for your next challenge? I am working exclusively with a local property developer, who specialise as a residential house builder based in North Yorkshire to find a talented individual to oversee and lead the delivery of bespoke, high-quality projects.

The Role of the Site Manager:

As a Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of multiple residential and commercial construction projects across Yorkshire and Lancashire. Leading teams on-site, you'll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities for the Site Manager:

Project Leadership: Oversee all stages of construction, from pre-construction planning to post-completion. Budget Management: Monitor project costs, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to budgets. Health & Safety: Champion health and safety, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining a safe work environment. Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections, guaranteeing all work meets specifications and expectations. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between the client, contractors, and the in-house team, ensuring clear communication and swift resolution of any issues. Procurement & Logistics: Support the procurement process and ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid delays. Problem Solving: Address challenges proactively to minimize delays and cost overruns.

What We're Looking for from the Site Manager:

Essential Skills & Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in residential construction management. Strong knowledge of UK building regulations, construction methods, and health and safety standards. Proven track record of managing multiple residential projects. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality.
