Mile End Excellent PAYE Umbrella day rates! Position: Site Manager required on a freelance basis to manage an external refurbishment project in East London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the project in Mile End, reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager. Project: The project is a £1.5 million initiative in East London, involving new roofs, new windows, and concrete repair. Company Overview: Our client is one of the largest and most successful providers of social housing schemes in the South East. Individual: The successful individual will have previous experience with external packages dealing with high-rise projects and large scaffolding packages on residential schemes. Experience with tenants in situ / occupied refurbishments is essential. Eligibility: You must be eligible to live and work in the UK to apply for this position.
