An award-winning fit out contractor is now looking for a committed Site Manager to run their Commercial and Leisure fit out projects.
The Site Manager will be needed to visit sites across the Hampshire, Surrey, and Dorset regions - all travel expenses paid for.
You are likely to be working on schemes along the M3, M27, A3, and M4.
The role of the Site Manager
The successful professional will be joining an award-winning Fit Out & Interiors team who have big plans for growth in the future, with the Site Manager being a key member of the delivery team. You will be working on Commercial CAT A&B projects, ranging in value from £500K - £5M. A strong construction understanding will be expected from the Site Manager. Key duties will include: Managing multiple projects at one time Communicating with multiple sub-contractors, clients, and stakeholders Ensuring the Site Managers are supported and delivering H&S standards Ensuring the programme is running on time and within budget Taking a positive approach to communication with the on-site team You will be supported by the Construction Director and be given the autonomy to work with the clients directly. Clear evidence of a Commercial Fit-Out background 5+ years in the Site Management field Contract handling of between £500k - £5M Ability to communicate effectively Looking for a permanent position Provide a hands-on approach Excellent organisational & team management skills Good computer skills In return
