Our client, a well-established contractor, is looking for a proactive and skilled Site Manager to ensure the successful completion of this unique project. If you have a background in managing commercial refurbishments and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, we want to hear from you! About the Role: As Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the trampoline park refurbishment, ensuring the project runs smoothly from start to finish. This will include overseeing all aspects of site operations, managing subcontractors, ensuring health and safety compliance, and ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all on-site activities, ensuring the trampoline park refurbishment is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure work is completed efficiently and safely. Monitor site progress, identifying and resolving any issues or delays that may arise. Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular site inspections and managing risk assessments. Manage the day-to-day site logistics, including deliveries, materials handling, and access. Maintain effective communication with the client, stakeholders, and project teams, providing regular progress reports. Oversee quality control on-site, ensuring all work meets both company standards and relevant regulations. Manage site documentation, including health and safety paperwork, progress reports, and site diaries. Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a Site Manager, with experience managing refurbishment or commercial projects. Strong understanding of construction processes, building regulations, and health and safety compliance. Experience with leisure or entertainment sector projects is desirable (e.g., sports facilities, gyms, or theme parks). Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate subcontractors and site teams. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and organizational skills. SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (or equivalent) are required.
