Previous experience of planning and programming complex works to include renovations on listed buildings will be a must in addition to the following: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid at Work and Temporary Works. Design & Build experience and/or Heritage experience preferred. Contract knowledge & reporting (NEC, JCT etc). Sound Health & Safety knowledge.
