Site Manager – Internal Fit Out

About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to lead the internal fit-out of high-rise apartments on our Renshaw Yard Development in Staines upon Thames. From first fix through to snagging and handover, you will ensure the timely delivery of high-quality units. Reporting to the Project Director, you will work alongside other site managers and the M&E Manager to deliver the internal fit out to an exceptional standard. What You’ll Do : Oversee the completion of internal fit-outs for high-rise apartments and communal areas, ensuring a high standard of work. Manage health, safety, and environmental issues across the site, including site inductions, toolbox talks, and subcontractor RAMS appraisals. Ensure adherence to company Quality Assurance (QA) procedures. Communicate with other departments (commercial, health & safety, design) and chair site progress meetings with subcontractors. Identify and address potential problems that could impact the project timeline. Maintain site presentation and contribute to a safe, clean working environment. What You’ll Need : Experience in internal fit-out work in the Build-to-Rent (BTR) or residential development sector. SMSTS Certificate, First Aid, and Scaffold Appreciation (or similar certification). An NVQ Level 4 or above is preferred. Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and building methods. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and motivate a team.
