We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Steelwork Site Manager to join our client, a well established and highly successful Steelwork Construction company.
You will facilitate and manage all site operations ensuring high standards are kept throughout.
You can expect an excellent starting salary (this is a permanent PAYE role), along with ongoing career potential and the job security that comes with working for a long standing and growing business.
Site Manager role includes: • Coordinate, oversee and manage all site operations from point of commission to handover • Communicating with internal team members and external suppliers and clients • Providing direction, guidance and troubleshooting to the site teams/installers/erectors/sub-contractors etc as needed. • Ensure Health and Safety standards are consistently maintained, rectifying any unsafe practices
Site Manager requirements: • Proven track record as a Site Manager working on structural steel projects. • Relevant tickets such as: Black CSCS, SMSTS or IOSH, CPCS (appointed person), MEWPS/IPAF. • Good organisational, communication, and problem solving skills. • Good man management skills. • Live in/within a commutable distance London where you will be based on site.
