Site Manager

to join their dynamic team in Bedfordshire. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on site, ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects, maintaining the highest safety standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the construction site team, ensuring efficient operations and productivity. Oversee and coordinate all site activities, including subcontractors, suppliers, and workers. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, site policies, and industry standards. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety. Manage project timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues. Prepare and maintain daily site reports, including progress and incident reports. Manage resources, materials, and equipment effectively to ensure efficient project delivery. Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction industry, ideally at a project/site manager level. Experience working with large-scale projects and managing multiple teams. Strong knowledge of construction processes, health and safety standards, and regulations. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
