The Opportunity We have two excellent opportunities for Site Managers to take over an existing successful development in Stowmarket, Suffolk, which involves the construction of 80 traditional build houses. The build is running at a slow pace due to sales, focusing on build quality. The project includes a block of low-rise traditional build apartments and houses ranging from 2 to 4 bedrooms in a scenic location, with build designs to fit the local area and landscaping. Traditional build houses and apartments A picturesque development A project pipeline of future work in Suffolk, Essex & Cambridgeshire What they are looking for The ideal candidate will have a background in delivering new build residential schemes as No.1 on site, either as a Senior Site Manager or Site Manager. They should be able to manage programmes and budgets, driving the site to an exceptional quality finish while managing subcontractors and liaising with internal and external bodies, ensuring health & safety is maintained to the highest standard. Site Managers who have overseen multiple projects from inception to completion would be ideal, along with experience working for large nationwide residential developers and the capability to deliver projects to tight programmes. Assistant Site Managers with a background in residential development and ready to step up to Site Manager and run their own development are welcome to apply.
