They are one of the largest privately owned contractors in this prestigious sector, and have a very good working environment, which is personified by their very low staff turnover. Their projects include both new build and refurbishments of grand residences in London, with contract values ranging up to £20m. They also undertake renovations of large country houses, rectories, and manors in the Home Counties and the South East. My client has an established presence in some of the most affluent areas in London, including Chelsea, Knightsbridge, and Belgravia, and has built a solid reputation for delivering a quality product. My client is currently seeking a Site Manager to oversee the successful delivery of prime residential refurbishment projects in London. Typical duties will include: Managing and driving subcontractors on site Maintaining health and safety Attending and contributing to site and client meetings Overseeing the general daily operations on site Minimum Requirements: Successful candidates must have stable careers at Site Manager level and experience managing various prime residential projects at similar value and scope with finishes of the highest quality.
