The Site Manager Opportunity
- They are currently seeking a Site Manager for a technically challenging £10m+ prime residential refurbishment project in London, including structural works/basement and ultra high quality fit out.
- Reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager or Project Director, you will have the support of assistant site manager/section managers.
- Typical duties will include managing and driving subcontractors on site, maintaining health and safety, attending and contributing to site and client meetings, and overseeing the general daily operations on site.
- Successful candidates will be given the opportunity for continual challenge and growth.
Successful candidates will have stable careers at Senior Site Management / Project Manager level and have experience managing prime residential projects of a similar value and scope with finishes of the highest quality.
This is a permanent position, and my client are looking for Project Managers who wish to develop their career within the business over the long term.
