£55k - £65k plus package I am in search of an experienced site manager with a proven and knowledgeable background in delivering new homes. You will be joining a respectable, established yet growing developer who specializes in building both open market and social/affordable quality homes throughout the south west region. Working on a medium sized site, you will need to be accustomed to managing projects ranging from 50 - 100 units. Strong management, IT and reporting skills are required along with an organized and detailed approach, with a desire to build it right first time and most importantly, a quality over quantity approach. Ideally, you will hold a degree or HNC relevant to construction; however, this is not essential. As a minimum, you will need the following certificates: SMSTS FIRST AID SCAFFOLD INSPECTION CSCS On top of the salary, which is DOE, there is an option of a car or car allowance and excellent benefits.
