Our client, a newly established company in the care home construction sector, is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to lead their flagship project in Telford - a 54-bed care home. This 60-week project is the cornerstone of their growth, with further opportunities guaranteed upon its successful completion. About the Role:
As the Site Manager, you will: Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff. Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations. Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for the client and stakeholders. Resolve any on-site issues and maintain smooth operations. About You:
The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience managing care home or similar residential construction projects. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. A deep commitment to health and safety. SMSTS certification, First Aid at Work, and a valid CSCS card (or equivalent). The ability to work collaboratively with the client to achieve project goals.
