Responsibilities:
Project Oversight:
Taking full responsibility for managing and overseeing construction projects in compliance with TP137 standards. Team Management:
Supervising and coordinating the work of on-site personnel including subcontractors, technical trades & labour. Health & Safety Compliance:
Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations as outlined in TP137 standards and other applicable guidelines. Quality Control:
Monitoring work quality, materials usage, and adherence to project specifications. Communication:
Acting as the primary point of contact between all parties involved in the construction project including clients, architects, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
Requirements: Knowledge of TP137 Standards:
Familiarity with relevant industry-specific standards such as those outlined in TP137. Construction Experience:
Proven experience working in site management roles within the construction industry. Leadership Skills:
Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high standards of performance and safety. Communication Skills:
