Are you a skilled Site Manager with experience in educational fit-outs? We're looking for a freelance professional to oversee a comprehensive school renovation project. If you excel in planning, managing teams, and ensuring project timelines, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage on-site operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to meet project milestones.
Conduct regular site inspections to guarantee adherence to safety and quality guidelines.
Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, providing updates on progress and addressing concerns swiftly.
Requirements:
Proven experience in site management, ideally with school or educational project backgrounds.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Relevant qualifications in site management or construction.
Valid CSCS card and other site management certifications preferred.
SMSTS, 1st Aid.
