Ensuring that all employees and sub-contractors comply with the site rules and procedures to ensure Health & Safety for all. Assisting the Divisional Director in the development of the site programme to achieve the desired targets. Ensuring a high standard of conduct and workmanship, including site presentation and housekeeping. Liaising with the buyer regarding main/bulk materials orders. Building and maintaining strong working relationships with customers, suppliers, employees, and sub-contractors. Remaining current with legislative requirements and consulting with professional advisors. Operating as the company's site representative and assisting all visitors. For this role, we are looking for Site Managers from a developer background with a good track record in new build housing. You will have a Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) certification; training in first aid and temporary works is desirable. A full driving licence and car are essential.
