The Role:
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of utility infrastructure projects. Your duties will include:
Managing day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints. Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Implementing health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel. Monitoring project progress and addressing any issues or delays promptly to mitigate risks. Providing regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
Proven experience in project management within the utility sector, preferably in water, gas, or electricity infrastructure projects. Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and manage teams effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality assurance. Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards.
