Our client requires an experienced site manager to join their construction department and manage social housing projects in Wakefield. They are a not-for-profit organization, and the hours are 37.5 per week, 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday. There will not be any overtime required.
The site manager will primarily manage roofing projects on residential developments, focusing on re-roofing existing builds in the Wakefield area and overseeing contractors.
The annual salary for this role is £41,241; therefore, it will be half this for the 6-month temporary post, with the potential to become permanent. SMSTS & CSCS certifications are required for this role.
