Our client requires an experienced site manager to join their construction department and manage social housing projects in Wakefield. They are a not-for-profit organisation, and the hours are 37.5 per week, 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday; there will not be any overtime required.
The site manager will be managing mainly roofing projects on residential developments, specifically re-roofing existing builds in the Wakefield area, with a focus on managing contractors. The annual salary for this role is £41,241; therefore, it will be half this for the 6-month temporary post with the potential to become permanent. SMSTS and CSCS are required for this role.
