Thorn Baker is currently working with an award-winning regional commercial contractor covering a variety of new build and refurb projects across the South West. With a growing portfolio and 2025 looking like their busiest year yet, they are looking for Site Managers to support them and help to grow their Swindon Team.

Your Responsibilities: Manage overall project delivery from inception to completion. Manage and liaise with both internal staff and external sub-contractors to ensure a smooth process. Ensure the safety and wellbeing for all staff and visitors. Complete site Inductions. Identify concerns with processes, methods, or data and contribute to the development of company-wide solutions, bearing the customer needs in mind. Proactively check all facilities during works for damage and report to management.
Required Skills: SMSTS, CSCS Card, First Aid at Work Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position Relevant Qualification in construction not essential Experience working for a tier 1 or 2 contractor
