ASAP My client is a well-established Main Contractor with several divisions including Build, Refurbishment, and Maintenance, working across Retail, Commercial, and Leisure sectors. Due to growth, they are looking to recruit a Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis. Initially, you will be working on internal and external refurbishments to industrial units and office space across the North West. Your duties will include: Managing a site team including Tradesmen, Subcontractors, etc., ensuring works are carried out to programme and within budget. Monitoring health and safety on site. Attending progress meetings and client meetings. Quality control & progression. Managing Health & Safety. Conducting site inductions. The successful candidate must have previous experience managing and delivering fit out/refurbishment projects and will ideally have a joinery background. You will also need the following tickets: SMSTS CSCS First Aid Fire Marshal In return for your skills, the company will offer a salary of £38-40k + company vehicle, pension, and private healthcare (once the temporary period is complete).
