Salary: GBP55000 - GBP65000 per annum + Car Allowance Our client is a
commercial fit out contractor
that works on projects across
England
and deals with very exclusive clients. They are looking for a
Project Manager
to work on various projects around Warrington, Manchester and the North West of England. They require someone with experience as a Site Manager working on
fit out, M&E and Civils projects
with a good working understanding of
M&E , ideally coming
off the tools from an M&E based trade . When not on site, you'll be expected to be
surveying and pricing new works . This is a great opportunity to join a well

The ideal Site Manager will have: Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit out and M&E projects Excellent client liaison and stakeholder management skills Excellent computer skills and familiar with MS Project, Excel and Office SMSTS, First Aid at Work and CSCS
