Commercially minded Senior Site Manager (Construction)
with 2-3 years PM experience who is looking to step into a more operational role.
Key Responsibilities: Experience in Rail. Maintain/develop relationships with key clients. Project Management of own projects including P&L and applications including Variations. Contractual Awareness and previous experience working with NEC 3 & 4 and JCT. Competent to create Tender and Construction Programs. Tracking of all company projects on a monthly basis to assist with forecasting. Ability to assist with larger tender submissions. Develop the company supply chain. Oversee the company H&S compliance working closely with our H&S consultant. Assist with company compliance and preparation of audits for ISO and RISQS.
