£40-45,000 plus Car or Allowance, Bonus, 25 days holiday, Plus overtime on Saturdays HOURS:
Mon-Fri 47.5 hours per week, 7.00am to 5.30pm, Alternate Paid Saturdays in Summer LOCATION:
Crewe ROLE:
Site Manager – Waste Management & Recycling Operations A hands-on role overseeing on-site operations and maintenance while managing a dedicated team. Ensure strict adherence to Health and Safety protocols and compliance with company standards. Actively participate in machinery operations, assist with maintenance tasks, and work towards minimizing downtime. Contribute to budget management, maintaining cost control, and optimizing resource allocation. Monitor site performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive operational efficiency. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the Waste, Quarry, or Agriculture sectors, working in an operational environment with large mobile and static plant equipment. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team. Proven capability in effective team leadership and personnel management. QUALIFICATIONS: WAMITAB COTC / Certificate of Technical Competence / COTC / NEBOSH or IOSH / Mechanical Engineering / Welding / Fabrication / Electrical Engineering / Mobile Plant Licences – Loading Shovel / 360 / Telehandler
