Ivy Resource Group are currently looking to hire a
Site Manager
to join one of our clients on a permanent basis in
Watchet, Somerset to start in March 2025.
The company:
Our client is a regional new build housing developer, who has multiple sites in the Devon area.
The role entails:
Managing the teams and sub-contractors on site
Liaising with clients
Compliance with Building Regulations and structural warranty standards
Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project
Coordinating site materials including call offs, stock control and storage
Reviewing progress and liaising with Quantity Surveyors to monitor costs
What are we looking for?
A strong background as a Site Manager with experience in the new-build residential sector
Strong IT Skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proactive with the ability to work and manage time effectively
Relevant industry qualifications - SMSTS, 1 st
Aid and Scaffold Awareness
