Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage a team of workers on-site.
Ensure that projects are completed to schedule and within budget.
Maintain high health and safety standards.
Monitor progress, quality, and productivity of the team.
Coordinate with other teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
Provide guidance and support to team members.
Report any issues or concerns to the Delivery / Framework Manager.
Project Details:
The project duration is 12 months + on a freelance basis.
Start Date ASAP.
Job Requirements:
Significant experience as a Site Agent / Site Manager.
Strong understanding of Water Infra and Non-Infra projects - specifically water pipelines or Waste Water Treatment.
Ability to run all work site and ensure deadlines are met.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Report any issues directly to the Project Manager.
SMSTS ticket is essential.
Experience:
Experience of working on a civils Infra and Non-Infra site. Knowledge of Waste Water Treatment Plants is advantageous but not essential.
Contract Details:
This is a contract position offering competitive rates per shift CIS.
