As Site Manager, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, overseeing day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and to programme, undertaking site audits and inspections, maintaining accurate records and documentation, performing quality checks in line with contract specifications as well as coordinating and liaising with subcontractors and construction teams. What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will have previous experience in mechanical and/or electrical works within the water industry in a management or supervisory capacity and hold relevant certifications, including CSCS, SMSTS (ideally) and First Aid. In addition, you will have sound organisational skills and proven successful experience of leading delivery teams. Finally, you will have strong interpersonal skills and be able to liaise with internal and external stakeholders. What you'll get in return
