looking for your next challenge? We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to oversee an exciting industrial build project in the

Preston area .

About the Role:

This is a

12-month freelance contract

starting in

January 2025 . You will be responsible for managing site activities, ensuring health and safety compliance, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining quality and progress in line with project timelines.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have: A valid

CSCS Card . First Aid

certification. SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)

qualification. Proven experience managing industrial build projects. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations on-site. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers. Monitor project progress and report to stakeholders. Ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.
