Site Manager

to oversee the delivery of wind turbine sites. This exciting opportunity involves travel across the UK and Ireland and offers considerable potential for career growth.

The Site Manager role comes with a salary of up to £55,000 plus a bonus scheme and a flexible pension scheme.

Responsibilities and Duties As the Site Manager you will: Manage the safety and environmental aspects at the wind farm site. Work closely with the Project Manager with site planning, arrangement, and execution. Ensure the wind farm site delivery is completed from arrival at the site through to commissioning of the turbines. Carry out site inductions and ensure all team members are briefed in daily toolbox talks. Keep all contractual terms for construction programmes up to date. Supervise and control civil and electrical BOP works in preparation for turbine delivery. Build strong relationships with the customer, other partners, and stakeholders at the wind farm site. Complete project handover, safely and on time within the project parameters.

Professional Qualifications We are looking for someone with the following: Preferable HND/Degree in Engineering Discipline (Mechanical/Electrical or Civil Engineering). CSCS Site manager accreditation and/or Irish FAS Safe-pass. Understanding of CDM Coordinator or PSCS role. Construction skills SMSTS or IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent. Working and Rescue from Height - from a renewables UK approved provider would be an advantage.

Personal Skills The Site Manager would suit someone who is: Self-Reliant in a fast-paced environment. Determined and creative with a good sense of humour to work through the changing business market. Able to demonstrate a practical and technical approach to operations.

Salary and Benefits of the Site Manager Role Salary up to £55,000 plus Bonus Scheme. 33 days (Bank Holidays normal working days). 4-week work rotation (3 weeks on, 1 week off). Flexible pension scheme. Site vehicle access.
