Vehicle/ Vehicle Allowance + 25/ 8 days annual leave + private healthcare + life assurance + pension + training & development opportunity * Working for one of the UK's leading construction, fit-out & refurbishment businesses. * Responsible for a small cluster of projects in and around Leicestershire and the wider Midlands. * As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the on-site delivery of M&E, Fabric, fit-out & refurbishment projects. * Understanding the full scope of works being delivered, you will lead sub-contractors coming to site delivering specialist works. * Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of the projects. * Ensure the project meets internal and client expectations, driving quality, project performance, budget, deliveries & on-site strategy. * Report directly to the Project Manager. * Ensure the supply partners on site are aware of all items required for the project files, H&S, tool box talks, RAMS, site audits, commissioning, O&M’s, permits to work etc. What will you need? * Sound knowledge of mechanical or electrical systems having previously led M&E refurb, fit-out projects. * SMSTS/ SSSTS certificate will also be required. * UK Driving License. * 3+ years experience in Site Management.
